Here is the brief Synopsis: Poz Lyfe tells the story of 26yr old Kileal Smith. Kileal is HIV Positive but he contracted the virus thru birth. Kileal doesn't tell people he's positive because of the fear of being judged. Kileal meets Dominic and they change each others world until Kileal reveals to him he's positive.
